Submit your Toy Concierge request form to begin. The service fee is $5,000 annually and includes two Signature Drops: a Holiday Capsule and a Birthday Spotlight. Each drop includes a $500 toy budget, with the option to set a supplemental budget for a more elevated curation.
2. Personal Play Profile
Through a short consultation, we learn about your child’s passions, play style, and personality. This profile becomes the foundation for every curation.
3. Curated Selection
We handpick toys that balance rare discoveries, seasonal must-haves, and bespoke touches. Before sourcing, selections are confirmed with you or your team.
4. White-Glove Preparation
Each toy is styled in our signature black-and-gold presentation: satin-lined boxes, ribbon wrapping, and personalized cards. Larger items are custom-wrapped for a cohesive reveal.
5. Discreet Delivery
On your chosen date, a protective outer shipping box arrives at your door, concealing the luxury experience within.
