You are not just trying to “make a toy”.
You are trying to bring a story, a child, or a community to life in a way that feels honest and fun and profitable.
My job is to help you do that without getting lost in factory terms, retailer demands, and all the what ifs that keep you stuck.
Below you will find the different ways we can work together. Most people start with a Toy Direction Session so we can map out the smartest next step for you.

This is where we sit down together and get everything out of your head and into a clear plan.
We look at your toy or game idea, your goals, your budget, your timeline, and your real life capacity. Then we talk through what is realistic, what is possible, and which path makes the most sense for you.
You will leave with clarity on whether your idea is better suited for licensing or manufacturing, what stage you are truly in, and the next three to five steps I recommend for you.
After the call you will receive a short written recap with your personalized action steps. For forty eight hours after your session you are welcome to send follow up questions by email as you process and choose your path.
This session is perfect for you if you:
Have a toy or game idea and are not sure where to start
Feel overwhelmed by factories, retailers, and “industry speak”
Want an honest opinion about the viability of your concept and pricing
Are trying to decide between self study, 1 to 1 support, or a done for you path
Are a brand or organization considering a doll or game and want to sense check fit
Important note:
I reserve only 5 to 7 hours per week for calls. Sessions are limited and may book several weeks in advance.
Here’s What Happens After Our First Call
Once we have had our Toy Direction Session, I will recommend a coaching package or service based on your goals, stage, and budget. We will talk through the different options during our initial call.

About: This is my full toy development framework in a self paced program. You will learn how to take your idea from concept to production with video lessons, templates, and resources you can revisit later.

Investment: $49 per month
About: A community and resource hub for toy creators who want ongoing support from The Toy Coach and a community of fellow creators. Inside you join monthly calls with Azhelle for Q + A , and have a space to share wins and roadblocks with people who get it.

Investment: starting at $700 per month
About: A private 1 to 1 coaching accelerator program where we meet regularly, review your progress, troubleshoot decisions, and keep your launch moving. Includes access to the Toy Creators Academy course materials.
Best for creators who are serious about getting their product into the world and want expert eyes on each step. This option is only available after your application has been reviewed, we have met, and confirmed that our visions align.

If you are a company, organization, school, or IP owner and you want a custom product or branding project, please request a proposal.
These projects are custom and typically include concept development, play pattern design, packaging or brand development, and support as you navigate factories and retailers.
