Yes, prior to the interview date you will be asked to ship product samples to The Toy Coach. The product samples can be returned upon request, please inform us at the time of shipping if you need the items returned. You are responsible for the shipping fee.

We host only one finalist per TOTY category each season. Once a category books, it closes. This protects the value of your spotlight, avoids pitting finalists in the same category on the same platform, and signals that The Toy Coach is aligning with your product for the season.

Yes! In person interviews are my favorite to do, however they require additional travel fees. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are interested in in person and we will send you a separate invoice.
