These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and access to TCA Self‑Study. By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

TCA Self‑Study is an on‑demand educational program that provides pre‑recorded lessons and downloadable resources. It does not include live coaching, one‑to‑one consulting, private community access, pitch events, office hours, or done‑for‑you services unless clearly stated at checkout for your specific order.

Relationship to your General Terms. These Self‑Study Terms supplement your Site‑Wide Terms. If there is any conflict between the two, these Self‑Study Terms control for TCA Self‑Study purchases.

2. Eligibility and Account Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to enroll. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login and for all activity under your account.

3. What You Get

  • On‑demand video lessons and training materials described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

  • Templates, worksheets, and guides that are marked as downloadable on the course platform.

  • Reasonable platform access during the Access Period defined below.

What is not included unless explicitly listed on the sales page for your order: live calls, coaching or mentoring, feedback on your work, private community, pitch event participation, or any future program upgrades.

4. Access Period

Your access period is 12 months starting at the purchase timestamp shown on your order confirmation. During this time you may stream lessons and download materials that are marked as downloadable. If you want extended access you will need to purchase a plan that clearly includes that feature. We may update, add, or retire modules over time. Retired content may be removed from the platform.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is as displayed at checkout and may vary by promotion, discount, or payment plan. Taxes (including VAT/GST) are additional where applicable. Prices may change at any time for future enrollments.

Payment options. Company offers two payment options for the Program at the time of purchase: pay in full (which may include a discounted rate) or pay in monthly installments. If you select the monthly payment plan, you hereby authorize Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the fees set forth at the time of purchase. You will be responsible for those monthly payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Self‑Study Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through that policy.

Failed payments and access. In the event that any payment is not made, Company will reach out to you to update your payment information. If you do not resolve the payment issue within 7 days of being contacted, Company has the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Program until the payments are brought up to date. Under such circumstances, Company will not be responsible for any content you miss or for any scheduled live sessions (if any are later offered as a bonus).

Continuing authorization; collection of balances. If you do not request a refund within the terms of the Program as outlined below, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan, and you understand that your membership will automatically continue. You authorize Company (without additional notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any and all outstanding balances using any eligible payment method that we have on file for your account.

Changing your plan. If you would like to change from a monthly payment plan to pay for the Program in full, you may do so within 48 hours of making your purchase by contacting Company via email. After your request is received, you will be invoiced the remaining balance of the Program price plus an additional admin fee of 3% of the Program price. After your payment of this invoice has cleared, your monthly subscription plan will be canceled, and you will have paid for the Program in full. If more than 48 hours has passed since your original purchase date and time, you cannot change your payment plan for any reason.

If you have already paid for the Program in full, you cannot change to a monthly payment plan.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and the 24‑Hour Return Policy

Refunds, Cancellations, and the 24‑Hour Return Policy We offer a 24‑hour return window for TCA Self‑Study. If you request a refund in writing within 24 hours of your purchase timestamp, we will refund your payment to the original method. After 24 hours, all sales are final except where required by law.

How to request a refund within 24 hours
Email info@thetoycoach.com from the email used at checkout with the subject line: "Refund Request, TCA Self‑Study" and include your full name, order number, and purchase timestamp. We will revoke access to the Program upon refund approval. Refund timing to appear on your statement may vary based on your bank or card issuer.

Payment plans
For payment plans, the 24‑hour return policy applies to the initial purchase. If you do not request a refund within 24 hours, you agree to complete all remaining installments. Missed payments may result in suspension of access and collections activity for amounts owed.

Standalone modules
Purchases of standalone modules remain non‑refundable per their specific terms and are not eligible for the 24‑hour return.

Abuse prevention
We may deny a refund if we determine in good faith that there is evidence of fraud, excessive downloading, account sharing, or a prior pattern of refund abuse.

7. EU and UK Consumers

If you reside in the EU or UK you may have a 14‑day right to cancel certain digital purchases. Because TCA Self‑Study provides immediate access to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you will be asked at checkout to explicitly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that doing so waives your 14‑day right to cancel. If you do not consent, we will delay access until the 14‑day period ends or we may cancel the order at our discretion and issue a refund.

8. Chargebacks and Collections

You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first emailing support@thetoycoach.com to resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these Terms. We may disable access and pursue the amounts owed, including reasonable costs of collection.

9. Intellectual Property and License

All course content is owned by The Toy Coach Inc. and its licensors. Upon purchase and subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for one individual to access and use the Program during the Access Period for your personal business education. You may not share your login, distribute, reproduce, resell, publish, or make derivative works from the content. Recording or rebroadcasting lessons is prohibited.

If you submit homework, assignments, or posts in any optional forum we host for self‑study students, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to display that content within the course environment for educational purposes. We will not publish your private work publicly without your written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Program in a way that violates any law, infringes third‑party rights, or harms the platform. You may not use the content to create competing educational products that are substantially similar in structure or substance.

11. Testimonials, Reviews, and Publicity

If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, or success story, you grant us permission to use your name, likeness, and statements for marketing, in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, subject to any written restrictions we agree to in advance. We will never fabricate results.

12. No Professional Advice and No Guarantees

The Program is for general educational purposes. We do not provide legal, accounting, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Your business results depend on many factors that are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, earnings, or product placements.

13. Technology Requirements and Availability

You are responsible for a modern device and reliable internet to stream video and download files. The Program may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or outages. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Third‑Party Tools and Links

We may reference third‑party tools or link to external resources. These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for third‑party content, security, or availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will The Toy Coach Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid for your enrollment.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Toy Coach Inc., our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Program or your breach of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.

18. Dispute Resolution; Venue

Before bringing any claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by email within 30 days. Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Bergen County, New Jersey, before a single arbitrator, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey for the limited purpose of enforcing this arbitration provision and any award. Class and representative actions are not permitted.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by email. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may bring an action in the courts identified above.

19. Changes to the Program or Terms

We may update the Program content and these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on your purchase date governs your order. If we make material changes that affect your current access, we will notify you using the email associated with your account.

20. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the sales page for your purchase and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and The Toy Coach Inc. regarding TCA Self‑Study.
